Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment.

Makes no sense that the Institution that suppose to help the people, it is actually making us more poor. The International Monetary Fund and the World Bank are two Mobsters that control the economy of the poorer countries.
